Condo Living - The beauty of
Everyone has different reasons behind choosing to are in Amber Sea. Indeed, should you ask several condo-dwellers what their favorite part of the condo every day life is, you very well may get different answers from each individual in the group. As someone who lives in an urban condo, I will tell that I consider spot to be the best facet of condo living.
Location, i hear you ask? That's pretty general, is it not? Sure, but location features a lot of different things. At the most general level, many urban condos come in the heart of cities. However if you simply break it down further - say within biking or walking distance - urban condos are near bars and restaurants, competitive sports, theaters along with other arts, the bus. Unlike some of my suburban friends, I don't have to get driving to experience just about any cultural or sporting event I want.
While my job entails plenty of driving into and out of the city, there are many people who decide to live without cars. They could do so because their condo if close to the place they work. Individuals who work at home may just have to walk down the hallway to get at their desks; anyone who has condos near their office enjoy the next best thing. Oftentimes, they are able to walk for work and avoid the hassles associated with driving and parking. When they want to return home and have lunch, they've got the option. At the same time, if they want to go for happy hour or dinner after work, there probably are multiple options in seconds of their office or their condo.
Another facet of condo locations I like is that people often arrived at where I will be. Given my condo is indeed close to the activities people enjoy, they drive in to the city and cope with parking. I simply meet them at the restaurant or stadium. And when it's time to head home, I've a few-minute walk before me, while my buddies have to get in their cars and drive for at least a few minutes.
Finally, shopping. As i am not just a big shopper myself, the choices within walking distance are nearly endless. You can find department stores and chain stores carrying brands of clothing and residential ware that everyone would recognize, to small, independent shops where one can get items you can't get anywhere else. If I have to have a last-minute gift for an individual, or have been with the perfect gift for months, I probably simply have to take a stroll to go have it.
As I said earlier in the article, people have reasons for surviving in condos. Despite the fact that location tops the list for me, I could go on and on about why I love it. That is a topic for the next day.
